    I don’t know if you’ve tried this but I found my local dealer being a bit slow coming back and assume the e-mails and phone call messages get lost between the front office and the person your trying to contact.

    However I noticed, with my dealer anyway, that the contact e-mail address in my Motability account is not the same one I’ve seen on the dealers “contact us” web page and sure enough using the MB e-mail address for the dealer always got a reply either by phone or email within hours.

    The address can be found in your MB account under “New car application”.
