Kezo google crampton and Moore outlet

Looked on their outlet, I assume you are looking at the Samsung Q80b?

Let go through a few things first and give my assumption at the end:

Samsung UK do not allow transfer of remaining warranty period to a 2nd buyer (if the warranty has been registered)

Crampton are a well known high street retailer and endorsed by Vincent at HDTV test. Knowing Vincent he wouldn’t assocate himself with with dodgy retailers.

My assumption is and I’m over 99%- The TV has been returned well within the 14 day return period by the initial buyer. The buyer therefore has not registered the warranty with Samsung, which Cramton would have verified. The TV is therefore essentially still brand new and unsold, as far as Samsung is concerned, thus the 5 year warranty is still valid.

You could ring Crampton confirming this along with any other questions you may have etc. You could then request to deal directly through them and ask if they would offer a further discount, as they would be saving ebay seller fees and transaction fees.

If you purchased direct from Ebay you have their buyer protection, if say on the highly unlikely chance you were unable to register the warranty and recieve a full refund. Even buying of Ebay you could ask the seller if they would except a lower price (£25 or £50) You could also do this by asking them over the phone along with any other questions you may have. There Ebay reviews are also v good.

The Q80b sits at the top end of Samsungs QLED models.

Crampton have it on their site new at £699 saving £500.
