Unfortunately I’d never get into it! I’m struggling now with the Ateca at 1.61m and found the CX-5 a bit difficult at 1.67m due to the door shape. The Passat is only 1.51m so a non-starter I’m afraid.
I did a rough calculation between the Mazda at 36mpg and the Kuga FHEV at 50mpg, rough guesstimate doing mainly shorter journeys. Over the 3 years, including the AP and fuel, the Mazda would cost me £5,365 and the Kuga £5,595 so not a lot in it.
