Sorry might, but you can’t get such a goid lease deal for £250 a month. Yiu don’t get such a large mileage allowance, insurance tyre replacement and servicing for tgat price. Im talking about the larger specked cars, not the tiniest, cheapest cars on the scheme. find a comparable lease scheme for the same fist per month and relatively liw ap/initial payment
It’s always been the case that the most expensive cars on the scheme offer the best value and the cheaper ones the worst value, primarily because you sacrifice the same £11,120 benefits over the 3 years.
Our car had a discounted AP of £2,250 plus the full allowance for a £41k car. Our total outlay over 3 years will equate to 32% of the cars value. If you have a car retailing at say £22,240 with Nil AP but full allowance, then the leasing cost equates to 50% of the cars value over the same 3 years.
For those who are able, it is perfectly possible to buy and run a cheaper car, including ALL costs, for considerably less than running the same car through Motability. Leasing wise (if that’s your only option), Motability always wins.
