    @Steve my xc40 was in for a service recently and I was given an xc60 as a replacement, it was nice, having had one previously on motability, but it made me realise how much I prefer our xc40. When I wrote this post I really was expecting many more posters looking for help settling up the tech in the car. I wrongly assumed that this could would be the biggest hurdle as cars nowadays have a lot of tech installed. Just shows how wrong you can be and how tech savvy many of us are ?

    Getting the dealer to set up all the tech, where’s the fun in that?

    Took my new car out on the Motorway to see how all this lane keeping and adaptive cruise control and the likes works and within a few miles had it mastered once that is I had the confidence in knowing the car would brake to a stop and pull away again with the radar locked onto the car or lorry in front.

    Within 20 minutes the car was driving itself and I could break open a bottle of brandy, light up a cigar and put my feet up on the dash and get some sleep.

    Just joking folks as with my disability I can’t put my feet up on the dash.
