Also been charged for this lifeshine product with no knowledge on my new VW T cross. We have no proof that it was even applied to the car no paper work or guarantee with this product also no reply to my request why I have charged £500 for something I don’t even want.
Is their any mention of it your original order form from when you first ordered the car. Are you still waiting to collect the car or have you already collected and entered the pin.
Motability won’t be interested when you phone and will tell you to take it up with your dealer. The problem is if you haven’t collected entered the pin, the dealer, I doubt the dealer would be bothered as they can sell it to a retail customer.
I would email Motability and complian esxpressing your dissatifaction. I would also phone citizens advice as they will take it up with the dealer if you can’t get anywhere with them. Telling the dealership you will contact the local press normally wakes them up as they don’t want the bad press if you went ahead with it.
