Its not a straight forward thing that you can says it will take, as everyone claiming has different needs. Some are pretty straight forward and can be sorted out relatively quickly. Others may take longer due to being more complex cases. You also have to consider the caseload of Grant officers. So I hope it does not take to long for you @Natalie.
