Hi Kezo I am changing over to Octopus Flux soon they are paying 23.86 for my solar export and only 20.24 to charge up our PHEV and solar batteries, I do have a granny charger which I rarely use, in March 2020 we fitted a 7kWh EV charger then with the grant is was only £350, now with no grant they are nearer £1,000. Charging up the PHEV using the granny charger takes five and half hour, off peak rate is only for four hours.

I forgot the off peak rate was only a narrow window to charge with. Its a shame MB don’t provide chargers for PHEV’s. At least you got yours before the grant ended, which is scandalous along with the EV grant given the government are pushing us towards EV’s.

Hopefully if Mitsubishi manage to obtain the parts to fix our car we will probably extent our lease, at present the AP are horrific and the choice limited. I do believe the bubble has burst as regards PHEV’s the new breed of hybrid’s have improved dramatically, not sure what to do.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
