There is still limited movie content available in HDR for the every joe. To watch it your TV needs to be HLG capabable which Oleds are at any price point. HDR requires more pixels and good local dimming available. Oleds again are excellent for this as they have a very high number of pixels to start with and are able to dim, turn off or brighten every single pixel. HD10 and HD10+ are also forms of HDR.
For the biggest majority of viewing you will be watching especially HD content in near 4K quality with SD ugraded slightly less. This is the biggest benifit.
