I’m sorry to hear that, I’ve been to a VW dealersip 4 times over the years and been completely ignored every time yet their Skoda franchise couldn’yt have been more attentive and helpful.
I’d find another Seat dealer and have a test drive, unfortunately you get idiot sales people in every profession!.
