    So, 17 months after ordering the 5008 GT premium in Aug 2021, we received the car last week. We had paid extra over GT and the lower models for the GT premium spec, and Grip Control.

    It looks like some features from GT premium have made it – Focal audio system, Visiopark 2 360 deg cameras (i.e. front camera in addition to rear), park assist (not got it to work yet though). Grip control with all season Goodyear Vector4Seasons Gen 3 tyres made it, with snow/mud/etc. controls via an existing switch next to the gearbox displaying options on the i-cockpit, rather than a dedicated rotary knob, but there is a separate hill descent control button.

    We are indeed missing the electric tailgate and the electric heated front and passenger seats – the two key reasons why you’d pay extra for GT premium when it was an option.

    We were frustrated the dealership didn’t share with us the missing items before we had accepted the car and then couldn’t do anything about it (only retrospectively have we come across the conversation here on the forum). Motability are also unable to do anything e.g. take money off, as technically Peugeot have supplied a GT premium, albeit missing key features.

    We are now at the stage of dealing with Peugeot Customer Care, who sent us an email a week ago but havent responded.
