Genuinely can’t fault our dealership in that regard. Fuel, charge, installation of our gubbins – plenty of coffee/tea.. We were in the dealership for roughly 1.5 hours (could’ve gone faster if we wanted to, but had brews and conversation etc) – had a 45 minute “tutorial” of the car, including setup of all the wireless stuff (wireless AA, the VW app for remote control etc)..
Compared to SEAT where, while friendly, the guy just got out of the door, pointed at a car on the lot, gave me the key and then buggered off (literally).. Yeah, was a good experience.
Sinclair Port Talbot, in case anyone wants to go through the waiting hell for a VW – the dealership is top notch.
