I had an advisor tell me she only takes into accounts the height of a vehicle and measurements.
I told her i need a car suitable for my severely disabled child that is comfortable for her (especially long journeys) that minimises her pain but makes a car more enjoyable especially for long trips plus many of other things.
After me explaining the multiple needs my daughter has and how important it is for her comfort and safety she told me ‘i dont go by that i go by measurements’ and i said ‘yes you may go by measurements but I go by my daughters needs not wants. I need a car we can keep for 5 years without an early termination so her comfort is important to me as it can limit her pain’ she then reminded me ‘i use measurements and thats that’ couldn’t believe how much she kept shutting me down
