I think I can explain why the VW ID5 is on Motability at £55,000, is it because its only worth £42,000.

I don’t know how Motability work these day’s. I was led to believe if a manufacturer put a model on the scheme under the cap, they were then able to put the same model at an higher spec above the the cap. Then in pops a £55k ID5, maybe because it’s an EV the cap is £13k higher ?
Maybe, regardless what Nissan say they don’t want the Tecna/+ on the scheme because Mb is offering them peanuts for one!
