I registered a complaint with customer care team last week as I have no response from dealer about a new build date (original order January 2022) for 5008 GT. They informed me today that after getting in touch with Peugeot Menston (Leeds), the gather that the car will likely get built around August 2023 with delivery approximately October/November 2023 – meaning nearly a two year wait with still possible delays.
I have completely lost faith in them – I just think they are shifting cars ordered by Motability customers to retail customers. They don’t give a monkey’s about Motability methinks. They don’t even respond to emails.
So, tomorrow morning I am going to cancel this order with my eyes set on a Grand Tourney Connect – which probably suit our needs better (2 wheelchairs).
I will never order a Peugeot. Ever.
