Ordered 1.5 diesel 5008 GT auto Nov 21 told delivery May 22 April 22 told November 22 delivery and you now can’t have remote boot release Nov 22 told you can no longer have the colour (ultimate red) so pick another colour it’s now almost Feb 23 it now won’t be ready until Nov23 that will be 2 years!!! question a) do I wait? b) do I cancel?
Only you can answer really, but I’d be asking myself 2 questions;
1) Do I still want the car, given the missing features / colour choice?
2) Is it as good, or better, than anything else I can get now for a similar Advance Payment?
If the answer to either of these questions is ‘No’ then I’d cancel, but you are unlikely to get anything else much quicker. Then, of course, there’s the issue of poor choice of large vehicles, plus whether or not you are happy with your current car for another year or so. As I say, only you can answer these questions!
