These are the Tower rotating kebab skewers, they share the same spindle as the rotisserie, and I can thoroughly recommend them. Comes as standard with the 10 in 1 but can be bought for the 5 in 1.

This is the chip basket, not got one, it does not come as standard with either fryer, it also appears to be out of stock at Tower, but maybe try eBay.
