I understand where Rene is coming from in the essence that 1 journey had averaged 99.9 and 1 journey 17mpg so that would average out somewhere in between over time, having never owned a petrol vehicle in my 20 years of driving if we exclude the battery and electric charging etc would 17mpg be normal for a 2/3 mile journey? I think the figure I’d be more inclined to look at would be getting 120 miles from £30 of petrol that included 70 miles of a big drive home, again maybe my expectations coming from a diesel and this being petrol are maybe slightly out.
