We sent our ID4 back at the end of November as we were loosing the Mobility element of Mom’s DLA due to her long stay in hospital (almost 6 months) she has since been discharged but very sadly died Dec 6th?
We asked for a price on the 7 month old ID4 and was quoted a £38900 price which we felt was way over the top as they paid under £33k for the car when new.
Needing a replacement car urgently we we were able to purchase on a 3 week delivery the same model and colour but brand new car with Alloys(our car had steel wheels) and fresh 3yr warranty and became 1st owner for £39400.
I have checked on line regularly and not seen the returned car advertised on Auto Trader but checked a few days ago with DVLA and the car is untaxed since end Nov so where it is I don’t know but it has not been sold and must be depreciating quite a bit due to car prices falling fast. Pity they did not offer it me at a decent price as I would have bought it if it had been offered for under £36k, so much for their greed, they will be lucky to sell it for £32k now IMO.
