Looks like a mature sparrow hawk in it’s prime. (I’m no expert though)
The only birds that fly in the vicinity of my garden when the sparrow hawk is about are a local colony of crows. The collective noun for a group of crows is “murder of crows” and they fly mob handed and chase him away, lol. It’s quite a sight.
