if you have the little dial to manually activate the folding mirrors then if you buy OBD11 or Carista they’ll you’ll be able to unlock that function yourself so you can activate it with your key fob
and you’ll be able to unlock a few other handy things that they would normally charge you for
if the hardware is there ie they can be activated by turning a dial or pushing a button inside the car then you should be able to unlock the feature using the above
