we could maybe exchange emails and use a online chat service like discord (meant for gaming but who cares it has the best servers for voice and comminication) I dont mind helping with setup as I am stuck in most of the time, its not like I can walk many places is it..
@kezo on the sensory room, this could be fully automated via home assistant with if this then that with conditions and triggers, the thing about home assistant that appeals the most to a lot of people is apart from cloud services a lot via zigbee, zwave or matter can be used locally only, meaning if the internet goes down it still all works as it should.
