I had a QQ back in 2011 and was great car to drive. It’s an interesting concept the new one and the ap on the two lowest trim is justifiable over the 3 years for me. As really I can only spend 5k max over the 3 years in ap and fuel costs. Right now if i got what i curreently have on the scheme I’d be spending 3.5k but the boots not as big, but back then we needed a bigger boot, who know though in the coming years waht boot size we will need as we are ageing as a family and my oldest is now 16
My mileage has vastly reduced, as a guess I will do 18,000-20,000 miles. ny current car gets 29 miles per gallon and will cost an etewatering £3724 in fuel if it gets no higher than £6 gallon (i know my mileage will reduce :-)) @Mike700 QQ e-power will cost half as much to run than my current car at an average of 52 on a run. I expect it too cost fair less than half as it will potter local mainly in EV mode. It depend how manny miles you do I surpose and what you use a car for. The e-power I think is a far better idea than a PHEV because your not ugging a bigger battery around if you go on a long trip. Either way you won’t have to worry about having to stop every 150-200 miles to try and find a charger that works or pottering up the motorway at 60mph, to save battery power in an EV. I like both the QQ and X Trail e-power but which on needs some thinking
I put some £70 of petrol in , to fill the tank, and to my surprise/ delight the gauge showed that with a full tank ,it would take 692 miles to empty tank -we’ll see by Sunday evening, if this actually Turns out to be accurate or even close
Range anxiety , what is that ?
Always starts in EV mode ( silent )
Always reverses in EV mode (silent)
Will travel for 2-3 miles in EV mode (silent)
Acceleration almost in silence.
