You’re welcome. As a further point of interest, you can add a private plate mid lease. I took delivery of our car with a 21 plate standard reg and then when the 71 plates came out I told Motability that I wanted to assign my private plate! I took off the original plates in the car park at Halfords so that they could use them as a template for my new private plates (I have several already but the holes are never in the same place ?). The advantage of that is that prior to the end of lease I can get the original reg reassigned and then it’s a 5 minute job to put the old ones back on. I then hand the car back with its original plates.
