we had a Chinese style beef curry with the leftover beef Pops (large joint)..
oh yeah also turkey, stuffing, red current sauce in one side of stuffed pitta bread (or any bread) mayo in the other side..
Sounds awful tastes great, stole the idea from a Toby Calvary menu from a few years back..
After picking the turkey & duck bones our eagerly waiting dog did well too..?
