We’ve got a beef joint, first time ever we’ve not had turkey, I’m going to miss it, nothing like grazing on turkey for 2-3 days, but Mrs Joe wanted a change as she’s not keen on turkey, so I had to go with the flow. We’ve got a 2.2 kilo joint and there’s only two of us this year. Think I’m gonna have the meat sweats!
