No not at all Dave. I was merely quoting the benifits I’m more accustomed to, often forgeting/do not come to the front of my mind the benifits you mention especialy, Scottish payments.
The fact is none of the “access payments” should be means tested.
You could have just quoted my comment saying “Also WPMS AFIP as will as the Scottish payments” In which I would have replied at some point this evening “Yes I forgot about those sorry”
