That’s not what he’s saying at all. Unless you’re spoiling for an argument, that is. You can of course point out to me where i missed that he specifically said that these are the two only benefits that should not be means tested. Even your own interpretation only puts emphasis on on where on the list of means tested benefits PIP is – he puts them above WPMS and AFIP, which is very much his right to do so. You’re strawmanning, and it’s a really childish way to start an argument.

I am not after a fight or argument, it is just how I read it – as referring to ‘the’ two named benefits not to be means tested.
