Nissan have released new hybrid models of the Qashqai and X-Trail which i surprisingly like the look of. Given the MPG horror stories and the continued delay in delivery, I will be visiting my local dealer to take a closer look.
I love the Sportage, but i think the fuel economy of a HEV is much more important to me than the looks and technology of a car. Like a lot of us, i am gutted i missed out on the HEV Sportage and probably should have ordered the Diesel instead of the MHEV. Perhaps if there wasnt any delays in the MHEV, i would not be considering alternatives.
Ordered – Sportage 4 MHEV in Penta Grey on 23rd April 2022.
Still no update, chassis number or build date form dealer.
