So I done the test today. Fully charged last night which gave 252. Preconditioned the car whilst plugged in and took everything out. I even removed the rear headrests and shelves. I went on a 1 mile of city driving, 21 motorway and 2.4 country b road.
So 24.4 mile all in. Everything was off in the car, no heat, radio and turned the auto lights, wipers off. I even turned the screen off mind it’s not like the pug which blacks out. I didn’t even indicate as it was so quiet traffic wise. I barely used the brakes as I have mastered the stop with regen and or paddles. Cruise was set at 60 mph and I spent about 8 miles around 54-58 sitting close behind a lorry to use it’s slip stream. Also got about 2 mile coasting. City was never over 20mph and b road neve over 40mph
The result was 24.4 mile at 4.5 make which made me grumpy lol. Mind the range only dropped by 16 mile. The plan was to do the exact drive back the same but the longish, cold, boring drive for 4.5 peed me off so I stopped and reset the trip. I put the heat on at 22 fan 1, radio on and heated steering wheel and drove the exact same way home but at 75 on motorway and about 55-60 on b road. It returned 2.9 mkw but it took 46 mile of the range. And the journey added up returned 3.5 for 45 mile and range is now 196 miles.
I don’t know what to make of it tbh. I was expecting a lot more than 4.5 with all the sacrifices.
