@SmileyMotability – I have managed to get hold of a copy of my order details from Hyundai and you’ve kindly identified which number is the order number for me (no headers printed off). I am currently sending an email to the regional bods for Motability, Hyundai and the dealership with instructions that I expect the situation to be sorted within 8 weeks from the complaint first being raised or I will take Motability to the Financial Ombudsman and Hyundai and the dealership to the the Motor Ombudsman.
I’m hoping it won’t come to that though ….
