When I picked up my new car on 4th of November. My old car BMW X2 had both front wheel rims badly scuffed due to pot holes and curbing. It had no problems passing GCB. Dealership was EvansHalshaw.
To be fair the rest of the BMW was mint, both inside and out. Just for info. There are 30 odd items that determine the GCB.
