think some people are just greedy ,I actually am grateful for even having the benefit of a car ,let alone and bonuses, cars should be looked after anyway its common decency when it’s not owned by us
I agree up to a point. However if Motability are paying staff way above the going rate, making tens of millions extra as a result of the circumstances that is wrong., Where should those excess profits? To its staff as a bonus, its Chief Exec, to charities, or returned to its members, in the form of a dividend? Or a combination? Probably a combination, however, given the current economic situation, the relatively high AP´s I can see the number of members falling over the next 3 years, smaller numbers means less income and less staff and less buying power. It really is in Motability´s interest to make the scheme more attractive.
