Unfortunate its not just the disabled being taken for a ride at the moment though I too have been caught with the take it or leave prices when they know damn well you got to have it.
Like I said everyone is being taken for a ride over prices and you only got to look at whole prices of fuel and the £2.64 profit yours and mine supermarkets are making on every gallon of diesel they sell though they don’t make so much on petrol as that’s about 10p less than the diesel prices.
Now if there ripping us off on the fuel at the pumps you can bet your bottom dollar there ripping us off in the supermarket itself.
Another example of the latest rip-offs is yesterday my dishwasher packed up so I went on line to see who had the one I need in stock and no one had them to take away so I thought never mind they can deliver one. Now I’m not in a big big hurry to get a new one so a week waiting for delivery is fine until I went back on line to order for delivery from Curry’s, AO and the likes and they all want £20 for the pleasure of selling me something, yes so Curry’s do internet prices but rob you on deliveries. Thankfully Argos still do free delivery so they got my business.
I could go on but will stop there but the excuse of the weak £ is wearing thin now as the £ has done well the past week or so and fuel cost would be another weak factor if it wasn’t for the supermarkets ripping us off.
