Good Evening All
Its good to see lots of you getting and then enjoying your new Kona’s. We have had ours 7 months now and loving it. Although the range is dropping and also the kWh is on its way down as well.
We went to Blackpool at the week end with heating set at 22c and cruising at 64mph the car returned 4.4kwh. This has dropped 5.8kwh in the warmer weather.
When I charged the car in the summer the highest range was 387 miles, on the last four charges the range has dropped to 345, 326,309 and then 295. I have spoken to the dealer, just reassure me and that’s correct, although he said I still higher than most of his other customers, who are now getting in the mid to low 200’s. Even with a 64kwh Kona.
Are anyone of you getting similar to me or better or lower ?
I have found having the heater on around 22c is the most efficient way to keep warm, if you need it, both my wife and I do due to our health issues. But then turn it off once the car is warmed up, along with the heated seats and wheel.
I look forward to hearing from you and to see your results.
Happy Motoring everyone. Stay safe. ????
