Hi Debs – sorry to hear about your predicament.
When I placed my order I was sent a confirmation email from the dealer.
I suspect you have already checked this – but there should have been some kind of response from dealer.
I ordered my care about 6 weeks before I officially could ie before the 3mths Motability set – when the 3mths was reached Motability confirmed order – so it might be worth checking back in April for anything from dealer – I also got copy of paperwork from dealer to show they had placed order before the Motability 3mths.
