Hi me on wheels
My driving is mixed – from 20mph roads to motorways – I would say the majority is local and A roads – many of which are 50mph.
On longer motorway journeys ie 60 miles plus visiting family and friends I will max to 7o+ where conditions allow.
The four things that I believe contribute most to a good range are
- I almost always drive in eco
- I have smart regen permanently on when not using smart cruise.
- My driving style is not aggressive – I will use strong acceleration for entering roundabouts or slip roads to increase distance and safety.
- I have wind deflectors fitted which along with heated / ventilated seats, steering wheel means I use a/c less.
