think i would just do it on hob tbh. especially as ive a induction one. i’d do toast as french style, dipped in a beaten egg and lightly fried. i sometimes make it as a sarnie and put cheese in it.. bacon done first so i get seasoning to french toast. fried egg on top at last minute.
still its interesting that it did work
