Our dealer has started charging for courtesy cars, Motability paid for taxis instead.
As far as I’m aware there’s nothing in the Motability contracts on either side that stipulates collection/delivery or courtesy cars should be provided at all let alone for free.
In a shrinking global economy I think we all have to reign in our expectations.
