No, to the DWP, means testing means subject to what you have coming in and what you have in savings, just like UC.
It would be disastrous if PIP became means tested. How many of us would lose our cars? Savings over £6k? Hand your car back.
I’m hoping it might mean new claimants to PIP only will be means tested. Still unfair, but this is the Conservatives we’re talking about.
