Hi @Mike11 Try a google search for Air fryer cooking times, it will give you loads of links that people have made for cooking times. Also there is a face book group “UK only Ninja dual zone air fryer”
Also You tube has some good videos. Regards washing the fryer draws. Very easy as they are non stick. I just rinse with hot water to remove any bits and then hot water and washing up liquid does the job in no time. Re move bottom tray and was separately. Ninja are brilliant.
