The A&E departments truly are an eye opener, I had to attend for due to a slip with a Stanley knife and being on certain meds, in my case I was in and out due to the amount of blood being hosed everywhere…
However people were crying, shouting arguing about waits of 10 hours..
OMG it’s truly is a sight in there..
