@Sharyn stewart I think the usual way to get a grant is to approach Motability’s grant team first.
I’d still recommend you try, but they will either not help as you’ve already got an order placed, or if they do offer help, they will most likely give you a list of cars to try out/choose from.
If you can show that your income has dramatically changed since you placed the order, that might help. The reason being, they may think – if you could afford it when you ordered, why do you need help now?
