Call it “Certificate of Entitlement” i have been sent “Your Statement of Entitlement”
Have i been sent the right document ( given the names are different) or do i need to ring them back and request the correct document ??
I’m in the same boat; I asked for the “Certificate” and was sent a “Statement” I can’t see that it is any different. It states (or certifies!) your entitlement. As a long time poster on here (vinalspin) advised previously, don’t let anybody stamp it, otherwise you’ll need to ask for another one.
I have scanned my copy and printed out a duplicate. That’s the one the dealer will be getting.
I ordered a VW Tiguan Allspace 1.5 TSI DSG in Elegance trim back in March. Arrived at the dealer last week. Electronic trigger throttle and hoist being fitted on Tuesday, so I should be taking delivery by the end of the week.
It’s a big initial outlay, but as I have said on here before, it’s actually cheaper in the long run and I get a vehicle that is both is suitable for me and is what I want. I also have something tangible at the end of 3 years.
