Hi Kezo, I haven’t ordered a new car yet as the lease on my Sharan is up on 9 December. I could have ordered a new car from 9 Sept and this is where my confusion is. As I understood it if I order a new car now (after 1st October) I won’t get the £600. I tried phoning the mobility website and it had option 4 about the GCB but I couldn’t get through as it was extremely busy. The way I read it was a clear cut case of after 1st October no more £600 on new orders (only the £250) irrespective of my present lease car being handed back on 9 December or when next car arrives.
Do you think I may have misunderstood the info and I am still entitled to the £600 regardless?
