    My parents took their fault free Vauxhall Crossland in for a service with arnoldclark. They picked it up that evening, only to get a mile down the road before having to turn around and take it back. That was 2 months ago and they haven’t seen it since. Their escuse is they have had to wait for a part (module) and are now waiting on bolts to fit it. A few days later the garage emailed them a customer review form and can’t understand why my parents gave them a 1 star review!

    Parents have had a scheme hire car the day after, motability have had them phone up and extend the hire of the car ever 3 days, which is also crazy.
