@AzzaL14 I’ll keep you updated with mpg. I know @Lab posted his MHEV was averaging 25.9mpg, so very similar to mine. I do live in a hilly area which will, of course, result in higher fuel usage.
I was also looing at cancelling my order, but there was nothing on the scheme suitable at an acceptable price. I was looking at the second hand market, but suddenly the car had arrived and my current (privately owned) car needed work doing. So I sold the car the same day as picking up the Sportage.
If I were you, I would keep the Sportage order unless I drove over 10,000 miles per year on short journeys. The HEV Sportage was well worth the extra £700 imo and it still frustrates me that I missed it by a few days.
