That will be a blow to the many on here who rely on the GCB (GCP) to help pay for their next vehicle. The least they could have done was revert to the old GCB level. It also seems churlish to lower the payment at a time when used car values are clearly much higher than their original calculations would have foreseen, so they are already raking in a big bonus on every returned vehicle.
If things are that tight at Motability HQ then I would have rather they took that money from the payments they made to other charities and focus on their core mission to deliver motability to the disabled at as low a cost as possible.
