well in a way its a lot cheaper than electricity(about a 1/4); that doesnt make it cheap tho. the 2500 cap is just an average and mine has been quoted by my company as nearer 2800. (end terrace) althouh ive plenty loft and new wall insulation plus double glazed and am on the eastern side of block which shelters me from 80% of the winds. im still working through emptying my old freezer before it goes off for good. ive a newish chest one which is probably cheaper and one freezer will have to do. a few other things have been decommisioned too lol
