I’m a bit stuffed at the moment. My ZS EV is knackered been in 3 weeks & they still don’t know what’s wrong with it first thru suspected a faulty charge controller a £3000 part (under warranty of course) but now they’re not sure again.
After moaning like hell the dealer got me out of a Grandkad 1.2 petrol & into an EV courtesy car as £200 petrol in a fortnite just not sustainable. So now Motability have said I can wait or cancel & reorder as its been 28 days off the road.
At 470 litres of boot space plus if you removed the floor & foam the boot is cavernous unfortunately there’s nothing remotely close that’s affordable.
The only suitable vehicle that can hold an emotional support dog plus mobility scooter and/or luggage is a berlingo at £2500 AP which I highly doubt motability are going to fund for me.
Even if you look at hybrids there’s nothing affordable & straight petrol/diesel there’s nothing of a decent size.
At the moment looks like my only “choice” is to see if my car ever gets fixed or maybe I can persuade the dealer to swap my car for their courtesy car as they’re planning to sell it when I return it
